Goodbye to all that

Kim Devereux-West – Land of Iron Cultural Heritage Assistant

It’s that time already; my two year contract with the Land of Iron is almost over! With only a few days left on the clock I wanted to take a moment to show just some of the amazing experiences I’ve been able to share with all the wonderful volunteers and staff here at the National Park.

Warren Moor Mine, Kildale

Esk Valley Mine, Esk Dale

Combs Wood, Beck Hole

Rosedale

Processing the Finds

I am so proud of and thankful for all of the hard work that the Land of Iron archaeology volunteers have done during my time here. You are a true credit to the North York Moors National Park.
